πŸ“– About Camp Cove Beach

Camp Cove is a small, sheltered harbour beach tucked just inside Sydney Heads in the historic suburb of Watsons Bay, about 11 km north-east of the Sydney CBD. The crescent of golden sand with calm Port Jackson waters is where Governor Phillip first landed within the harbour in January 1788, making it one of the most historically significant beaches in Australia. Today it draws swimmers, snorkellers and sunbathers who come for its gentle conditions, clear water and sweeping views across the harbour toward the Heads.
