📖 About Dingo Beach

Dingo Beach is a small and remote coastal community in the Whitsunday Region of Queensland, about 41 kilometres north of Proserpine and 1,100 kilometres north of Brisbane, tucked inside a sheltered bay on the Coral Sea. With a permanent population of just over 150, the village has a safe swimming enclosure, a tranquil bay ideal for kayaking and fishing, and the unhurried charm of a place that tourism has largely bypassed. It offers a refreshing contrast to the busier Whitsunday resort towns and is a favourite with boating enthusiasts and those seeking a quiet tropical escape.
