📖 About Greenmount Beach
Greenmount Beach is a sheltered crescent of sand at Coolangatta on the southern Gold Coast, tucked beneath the Greenmount headland between Rainbow Bay to the east and the main Coolangatta beach to the west. Home to Queensland's oldest surf life saving club (established 1911), it's one of the Gold Coast's safer beaches and a great spot for swimming, learning to surf, and soaking up the laid-back Coolangatta vibe. The beachfront surf club offers a deck restaurant with sweeping ocean views.
