πŸ“– About Jibbon Beach

Jibbon Beach is a sheltered 700 m crescent of sand inside Port Hacking Point, accessible from the village of Bundeena in the Royal National Park south of Sydney. Its name derives from the Dharawal word for "sandbar at low tide," and the calm, north-facing waters make it ideal for swimming, kayaking, and snorkelling. The beach is unpatrolled but popular with boaties and visitors exploring the Jibbon Loop walking track, which passes ancient Dharawal rock engravings nearby.
