One Mile Beach is a 1.3km arc of golden sand in Forster on the NSW Mid North Coast, stretching south-southeast from Bennetts Head to a prominent southern headland. Home to the Cape Hawke Surf Lifesaving Club, it is patrolled during the summer holidays and is popular with both surfers and families, with adjacent parklands, BBQs, playgrounds and a golf course providing all-day amenity. The panoramic views from Bennetts Head lookout above the northern end are among the best on the mid-north coast.
