Sarina Beach is a golden-sand beach a short drive from the sugar-cane town of Sarina, south of Mackay in central Queensland. The beach is seasonally patrolled by the local Surf Lifesaving Club and offers an esplanade park with barbecue and picnic facilities, a beachside restaurant, and productive rock-fishing at the northern point. It is also a noted site for nesting sea turtles during the summer breeding season, making it a rewarding spot for nature lovers.
