📖 About Tinah Beach
Tinah Beach — also known locally as Salmon Hole — is a long, sweeping stretch of coastline on the Lower Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, about seven hours west of Adelaide. Backed by rugged coastal scrub and largely undeveloped, it's a raw and remote surf beach known for its punchy beach-break A-frames that run the length of the shore. The break attracts experienced surfers seeking uncrowded waves, though the area's isolation and proximity to great white shark territory calls for caution.
