📖 About Tully Inlet

Tully Inlet is a remote, tidal coastal inlet on the southwestern Gulf of Carpentaria in far northwest Queensland, accessible only by 4WD along the Savannah Way or by boat. It sits near the Tully Massacre Inlet in an untouched stretch of coastline characterised by vast mudflats, mangroves, and rich barramundi and mud crab habitat. The area is a true frontier destination, attracting serious anglers and adventurous travellers drawn to its extreme isolation and raw, tropical wilderness.
