Turimetta Beach is a wild, secluded pocket beach wedged between Warriewood and North Narrabeen on Sydney's Northern Beaches, accessible only via a short bush track from the clifftops. Its dramatic sandstone headlands, honeycomb rock formations and photogenic rock pools make it a magnet for photographers, surfers and those seeking a raw, uncrowded stretch of coast. The beach is unpatrolled with strong rips and shore breaks, so it's recommended for experienced swimmers and surfers only.
