Bonbeach Beach is a 1.5-kilometre stretch of calm Port Phillip Bay shoreline in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs, wedged between Chelsea and Carrum near the mouth of the Patterson River. Patrolled by the Bonbeach Lifesaving Club during summer, its shallow and gentle waters make it one of the safer bayside beaches for families and young children.
