๐Ÿ“– About Cape Kimberly Beach

Cape Kimberly Beach is a wild, tropical stretch of coastline in Far North Queensland where the ancient Daintree Rainforest meets the Coral Sea, about 20 km north of Mossman. Access requires a short ferry crossing of the Daintree River followed by a 4WD track, lending the beach an adventurous, off-the-beaten-path character rarely found this close to a World Heritage area. Strong currents and marine stingers make swimming inadvisable for much of the year, but the scenery โ€” rainforest canopy, coral-tinted sand and mountain backdrop โ€” is extraordinary.
