Chinamans Beach is a peaceful 230-metre harbour beach in Clontarf, nestled on the northern shores of Middle Harbour, Sydney. Protected from ocean swell, the water is calm and clear, making it excellent for swimming, paddling, and family outings, with the adjacent Rosherville Reserve providing grassy parkland, picnic facilities, and shade. The beach has a rich history — its reserve was formerly a Chinese market garden — and today draws a loyal local following, especially in summer when parking fills quickly.
