Coconuts Beach is a wild tropical stretch near Innisfail on Queensland's Cassowary Coast, backed by dense rainforest and close to the mouth of the Murray River. The beach has an untamed character typical of Far North Queensland — remote, lush, and largely uncrowded — and is home to the Coconuts Outrigger Canoe Club, a nod to its strong Pacific Islander community roots. It suits nature lovers and paddlers more than swimmers due to seasonal marine stingers common along this coast.
