First Bay is a small, sheltered cove on the Sunshine Coast, tucked just south of Coolum Main Beach and separated from it by the rocky Point Perry headland. The beach is a popular surf and fishing spot with excellent rock pools to explore, but it is unpatrolled so care is needed. Its turquoise waters, soft sand, and relative seclusion make it a favourite for surfers, anglers, and walkers seeking a quieter alternative to busier Coolum.
