Steep Head Island is a remote, uninhabited island beach in WA's Bonaparte Archipelago, deep in the Kimberley wilderness near Kalumburu. The region is defined by extreme tidal swings of up to 11 metres โ among the largest in the world โ which carve dramatic seascapes of red rock, tidal flats and pristine sandy coves. It is accessible only by boat or seaplane, making it a true destination for adventurous anglers and wilderness seekers.
